Kısaca: Orylio fotoğraflarını yalnızca cihazında analiz eder. Fotoğrafların, videoların ve analiz sonuçların bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez.

Fotoğraf ve videolar

  • Orylio, benzer çekimleri, bulanık fotoğrafları, ekran görüntülerini, belge fotoğraflarını ve büyük videoları bulmak için fotoğraf arşivine erişim ister.
  • Analiz tamamen cihazında, Apple'ın cihaz içi görüntü işleme araçlarıyla yapılır. Fotoğraf ve videoların cihazından çıkmaz; bir sunucumuz yok.
  • Erişimi “Tüm Fotoğraflar” ya da “Seçili Fotoğraflar” olarak verebilir, istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilirsin.
  • “iCloud fotoğraflarını dahil et” ayarını açarsan, yalnızca iCloud'da duran asıllar analiz için Apple'ın Fotoğraflar altyapısı üzerinden cihazına indirilebilir. Bu veriler de bize ulaşmaz.

Cihazında saklananlar

Şunlar yalnızca uygulamanın cihazındaki alanında tutulur ve uygulamayı silince kaldırılır: son analizin sonuçları (fotoğraf kimlikleri ve puanlar), korumaya aldığın öğelerin listesi, elle seçtiğin en iyi kareler, temizlik geçmişi (silinen öğe sayısı ve açılan alan) ve ayarların.

Silme

Orylio hiçbir şeyi kendiliğinden silmez. Seçtiğin öğeler senin onayın ve iOS'un onay ekranından sonra silinir ve Fotoğraflar uygulamasının “Son Silinenler” albümüne taşınır; Apple onları orada 30 gün tutar.

Bildirimler

İzin verirsen Orylio, analiz bittiğinde ya da haftalık hatırlatma için bildirim gösterir. Bu bildirimler cihazında oluşturulur; bildirim göndermek için bir sunucu kullanmıyoruz.

Toplamadıklarımız

Hesap oluşturman gerekmez. Orylio reklam göstermez, reklam kimliğini kullanmaz, seni uygulamalar arasında izlemez ve analitik ya da reklam aracı içermez. Kullandığımız tek üçüncü taraf hizmet, aşağıda anlatılan abonelik doğrulamasıdır.

Satın almalar

Orylio Pro aboneliklerinde ödemeyi Apple, App Store hesabın üzerinden alır; kart bilgilerini görmeyiz. Aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını doğrulamak için RevenueCat hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat, uygulamanın rastgele oluşturduğu anonim bir kullanıcı kimliğini ve satın alma kayıtlarını (ürün, tarih, ülke) işler; bu veriler adına ya da başka bir kimlik bilgine bağlanmaz. Çocuklar

Orylio çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

Hakların

Elimizde sana ait kişisel veri tutmadığımız için silinecek ya da aktarılacak bir kayıt yoktur. Cihazındaki verileri uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki soruların için bize yazabilirsin.

Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayımlar ve yukarıdaki tarihi değiştiririz.

Privacy Policy

In short: Orylio analyzes your photos only on your device. Your photos, videos and analysis results are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Who is responsible

Photos and videos

  • Orylio asks for access to your photo library to find similar shots, blurry photos, screenshots, document photos and large videos.
  • The analysis runs entirely on your device, using Apple's on-device image processing. Your photos and videos do not leave your device; we do not operate a server.
  • You can grant access to all photos or to selected photos, and change or revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.
  • If you turn on “Include iCloud photos”, originals stored only in iCloud may be downloaded to your device through Apple's Photos framework for analysis. This data does not reach us either.

What is stored on your device

The following is kept only in the app's storage on your device and is removed when you delete the app: the results of the last analysis (photo identifiers and scores), the list of items you chose to keep, best shots you picked by hand, your cleanup history (number of items deleted and space freed) and your settings.

Deletion

Orylio never deletes anything on its own. Items you select are deleted after your confirmation and the iOS confirmation dialog, and are moved to the “Recently Deleted” album in Photos, where Apple keeps them for 30 days.

Notifications

If you allow it, Orylio shows a notification when an analysis finishes or for a weekly reminder. These notifications are created on your device; we do not use a server to send them.

What we do not collect

You do not need an account. Orylio shows no ads, does not use the advertising identifier, does not track you across apps and contains no analytics or advertising tools. The only third-party service we use is the subscription verification described below.

Purchases

For Orylio Pro subscriptions, payment is taken by Apple through your App Store account; we never see your card details. We use the RevenueCat service to verify that a subscription is active. RevenueCat processes an anonymous user identifier that the app generates at random, and purchase records (product, date, country); this data is not linked to your name or any other identity. RevenueCat has no access to your photos or analysis results. Details: revenuecat.com/privacy

Children

Orylio is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no record for us to delete or export. You can remove the data on your device by deleting the app. For questions under GDPR or KVKK, write to us.

Changes

If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page and change the date above.
